No refunds are provided in for custom order-made products.
Certain brand products may have tiny scratches or different design patterns and no exchange or refund is provided for these aspects.
Differences in stone detail, color, or tiny cracks in the stone are not sufficient reason for exchange or refund.
Loss of complimentary gifts or intentional or accidental damage to the product do not constitute valid reasons for exchange or refund.
5 days after receiving the product, or if the value of the product has decreased significantly, refund and exchange are no longer provided.
